A turnkey service from concept to completion
I design distinguished residences for professionals seeking enduring beauty and a clear, expertly managed design process. I guide each project through a three-phase journey, offered as a full service on a fixed-fee basis. Every space is a statement of intent, vision, and a refined art of living.
Phase 1
Concept and Proposal
The initial consultation takes place in your home. This allows us to gain an in-depth understanding of your needs, lifestyle, tastes, and aspirations, while identifying the functional and spatial parameters of your interior. This meeting establishes the foundation of the project, addressing both practical requirements and the desired atmosphere and feeling for each space.
Following this meeting, and once the agreement is confirmed, a second visit is scheduled to photograph the premises and take precise measurements of the existing space.
Based on this information, I develop the project design, presented through 3D visuals alongside a preliminary selection of materials and specific furniture pieces, depending on the scope of the project.
This process concludes with a concept presentation, allowing us to validate the aesthetic direction and overall vision before moving forward to the next phases.
Phase 2
Detailed Design & Technical Documentation
This stage marks the finalization of the concept. Aesthetic choices and materials are confirmed to establish a complete and cohesive vision for the project.
From this approved direction, we develop all the technical plans required for execution with precision and rigor. These documents translate the concept into concrete solutions, ensuring a faithful implementation.
Depending on the scope of the project, these plans may include:
- Construction and demolition plans
- Cabinetry and custom millwork plans
- Plumbing plans
- Electrical and lighting plans
- Elevations and 3D perspectives
- Detailed materials plan
A presentation of the technical plans is then organized to ensure that every detail has been carefully considered and seamlessly integrated.
Once this stage is approved, the complete set of plans and specifications is provided to facilitate the bidding process and the continuation of the project.
Phase 3
Project Execution
This is the stage where the project truly takes shape. Execution begins based on the approved technical plans and bids, working in close collaboration with the contractor and subcontractors.
A clear and dedicated timeline is established with the contractor to oversee the workflow and ensure steady progress on-site.
Ongoing project management is provided through regular site visits. These check-ins allow us to monitor progress, address any challenges as they arise, and ensure that every detail is executed with the same exacting standards that guided the initial design.
This phase concludes with the delivery of a space that is faithful to the concept, executed with precision and a meticulous attention to detail.
Phase 4
Finishing Touches & Styling
(Complementary Service)
This optional stage is dedicated to the finishing touches that transform a completed space into a fully realized interior. Once construction is finished and the main elements are installed, we step in to perfect each room with a carefully curated selection of accessories and decorative elements.
Objects, textiles, artwork, accent lighting, and decorative details are precisely chosen and placed to enhance the project’s balance, cohesiveness, and ultimate intent.
This phase allows us to deliver a fully finalized interior, considered down to the finest detail, and ready to be lived in without any further effort required.
